How to Access and Share Your Tanglewood Mobile Tickets

If you chose to receive mobile tickets for your concert, please see these instructions before visiting Tanglewood.

Mobile tickets alleviate the need for a paper or printed ticket and are stored on your smartphone. The QR code generated on your mobile ticket will be scanned by gate attendants when you enter the grounds at Tanglewood. 

How to Access Your Mobile Tickets

To use your mobile ticket, please follow these simple steps:

1. Visit tickets.bso.org
Log in using the same username and password used to log in to bso.org. This must be done only on a mobile phone or tablet. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link below the "Log In" button.

2. Select your event

3. Present your ticket for scanning
The QR code will appear a few hours before gates open before the performance. You do not have to scan the QR code; gate attendants will do so when you enter the grounds.

How to Share Your Mobile Tickets

  1. Log in to tickets.bso.org and select your event.
  2. Tap the "Share Tickets" icon.
  3. Enter the name of the recipient and select the tickets you want to share.
  4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, and tap "Next."
  5. Review and confirm name and selected tickets, and tap "Confirm."
  6. Tap the "Share with your guest" icon and send the link to the recipient.
  7. Share the ticket via text, email, or another app of your choice.
  8. Need to send the link again? Select "Share this invite again."

Quick Troubleshooting Tips:

  • To view your mobile tickets, open a browser (ex. Safari, Google Chrome).
  • If you are unsure of your login information, please contact customerservice@bso.org
    or call 888-266-1200 or 413-637-5180 (if close to performance time).
  • If you have previously logged in and things don’t look as expected, refresh the page.
  • The QR code to be scanned is dynamic and continuously refreshes. Please do not take a screenshot of your ticket or print it out. A screenshot or printout will not scan.
  • WiFi will be available at the ticket scanning locations if cellular service is unavailable on your mobile device.
