  • Braised Short rib with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus
  • Grilled Salmon, arugula with mango and pineapple salsa
  • Grilled Chicken, Greek style tomatoes and cucumber salad with farro
  • Crispy herb tofu tacos, quinoa cucumber salad and mashed avocado
