New subscriptions can be purchased below and renewals can be completed at bso.org/renew.

Call the BSO Subscription Office at 617-266-7575 Monday through Friday between 10am-4pm EST to place your credit card order. 

Subscribe in Person
Please check bso.org/contact for current Symphony Hall Box Office hours. The Box Office is located in the Symphony Hall lobby at 301 Massachusetts Avenue.

What To Know Before Subscribing

• New subscriber requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, after renewing patrons.
• The BSO accepts American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
• In the event of cancelled performances, all ticket holders will have the option to donate the value of their tickets to the BSO, exchange them for credit toward a future performance, or receive a refund.
• The deposit of your check or charge does not guarantee seating.
