Boston Arts Academy Chorus
About
Boston Arts Academy is Boston's only public high school for the visual and performing arts. BAA creates high quality instruction and experiences in the arts for Boston Public School students. The academy’s vocal department trains over 75 students each year with rigorous instruction in music theory, vocal technique, and performance. BAA choirs have been recognized nationally at competitions and have also been featured at many high-profile charity and community events. They have performed for Mayor Michele Wu, Governor Maura Healey, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast, and they recently performed on stage with James Taylor at MGM Music Hall. Under the direction of Molly Jo Rivelli and Michael Bradley, who are both accomplished vocalists, Boston Arts Academy Chorus students are excited to be on stage with the Boston Pops and their esteemed conductor, Keith Lockhart.
