For the first of this season’s "What I Hear" events, Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Kevin Puts curates a program of chamber music in connection with the BSO's performance of his The Brightness of Light later that evening. New England Conservatory musicians perform his works Air (for cello and piano) a movement from his Alternating Current for solo piano, and the scherzo from his Quintet for Piano and Strings, Red Snapper, along with music by Schubert. BSO Artistic Administrator Eric Valliere moderates a conversation with the composer.
